In the case of online ticket purchases, any changes, cancellations, or refunds are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the website
     where the purchase was made.
     Site Open Hour : Tickets purchased at Coupang will follow Coupang's Policy.
                                    Tickets purchased at Auction will follow Auction's Policy.

All pre-purchased tickets will be given out on the date of the festival on site.

You must bring your identification card, reservation number, and the reservation confirmation paper in order to receive your tickets.

Tickets are not transferable to another person.

You may enter after your ticket has been exchanged with an entrance bracelet.

Missing or damaged bracelets will not be reissued.

Note that harm or damage caused by personal or other types of ticket sales/purchases (other than sales/purchases from websites)
     will penalize the persons involved in the deal and the festival host/management holds no responsibility for such dealings.

Illegal ticket sales/purchases may forbid you to enter. Once illegal sales/purchases are identified, his or her reservations will be canceled
     and illegal participants may be legally charged.

Canceling/changing tickets will not be available for exchange or refunds after ticket cancellation time has passed.

In the case where one person has bought multiple tickets, only the amount of tickets purchased will be given out to the purchaser.

In the case of minors, tickets will be given out according to the age limit, after checking IDs.

Note that harmed, damaged or lost tickets will be denied entry and will not be able to get a new ticket on-site.

The festival host/management holds no responsibility for personal actions of lost/stolen/damaged tickets.

Regular: Access to all venues

VVIP: Access to all venues + Table for 4 + 2 Liquor Bottles and Snacks + Luxurious Accommodation for 2 nights

      * VVIP tickets are for 4 People per 1 Ticket

VIP: Access to all venues + Bus Transportation to Boryeong and back to Seoul + Accommodation for 1 Night

      * Bus transportation will depart in Seoul on the morning of 21st and will depart in Boryeong past midnight of 23rd
